Course Description:  In our Snow Queen Tiara, Level 1 Course, you'll learn how to create one of our most popular tiaras - an icy design by Claudia Folts made with crystal rhinestones, pearls and glass drops. It evokes a winter wonderland filled with frozen delights. The Level 1 version is made with highest quality Czech Chain rhinestones. For those who do not feel comfortable with their eye/hand coordination, we offer the choice of a pre-made headpiece form base. This choice is also a good time-saver.
