Course Description: Learn to craft a Russian Princess / Kokoshnik Tiara designed by Claudia Folts for Tutu.Com. Don’t let its’ simplicity fool you; the frame is one of the most complex designs to make and get the “balance” just right.

Prerequisites: Any Level Two Tiara Course, or send pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience with making tiaras to [email protected] for approval. Students must already know frame-building techniques.

Payments: Tutu.com Courses are available for those attending TutuSchool. Cost for this course INCLUDES the class, the teacher, and all fabrics and notions. Payments are non-refundable, however a TutuSchools credit, less 10%, will be granted for use within one year at any of our seminar locations when requested more than 30 days in advance of your seminar.
