Gâteau Festa Harada’s gâteau rusk is made from fragrant French bread, celebrated for its nutty wheat flavor, and carefully crafted using high-quality butter. It features a crisp texture and a rich buttery aroma.

The flour used is the product of over 60 years of bread-making experience combined with the expertise of a local mill with more than 100 years of history. After repeated testing and refinement, the perfect blend for gâteau rusk was developed.

The French bread is baked specifically to create the ideal balance for rusk: a crisp texture, a subtle sweetness, and the full, aromatic richness of butter. Each day, more than 30,000 loaves are produced to maintain this standard.

Only the finest quality butter is used in the rusk, and exclusively the clarified top layer of melted butter is applied evenly across the surface. This method produces a delicate, elegant flavor without heaviness.
