Zeria Dolmy Coach is a skin treatment that combines two antibiotics, bacitracin and fradiomycin, which have antibacterial properties, along with hydrocortisone, which alleviates itching and inflammation. It is effective for bacterial infections and inflammatory skin conditions.

Indications:

• Suppurative conditions with symptoms such as eczema, dermatitis, prickly heat, rash, chilblains, insect bites, and hives.
• Suppurative skin diseases (impetigo, boils, folliculitis).

Quantity: 12 g

Ingredients: bacitracin, fradiomycin sulfate, hydrocortisone acetate, white petrolatum, liquid paraffin, purified lanolin

Precautions

1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor before use if:
   (1) You are under medical treatment.
   (2) You are pregnant or suspect you might be pregnant.
   (3) You have experienced allergic reactions to drugs or other substances.
   (4) The affected area is extensive.
   (5) You have lesions on mucous membranes, such as the nasal cavity.
2. Stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this document if the following symptoms appear after use (these may indicate side effects):
   Affected areas:
   • Skin: Rash, redness, itching, irritation.
   • Affected skin: Athlete’s foot, ringworm, acne, pus formation, persistent irritation.
   Rare but severe symptoms:
   Name of symptom: Shock (anaphylaxis)
   • Symptoms include itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat irritation, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion, and other signs that appear immediately after use. Seek medical attention immediately.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered distributor with this document.

Usage and Dosage

• Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to several times daily.

Notes:
(1) When using on children, ensure it is done under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
(2) Avoid contact with the eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms persist, consult an ophthalmologist.
(3) For external use only.
(4) Follow the prescribed dosage and usage instructions.
(5) The oily base used in this product may degrade or damage latex contraceptives (e.g., condoms). Avoid contact with such products.

Prohibited Uses

1. Do not use if:
   • You have experienced allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
2. Do not apply to the following areas:
   (1) Chickenpox (varicella), athlete's foot, ringworm, or similar conditions.
   (2) Severely oozing or eroded areas.
   (3) Deep wounds or severe burns.
3. Do not use extensively on the face.
4. Do not use continuously for extended periods.
