Bonnet-Ponson Champagne 'Petit-Mélange' PM1920A blend of all 7 varieties from the villages of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes. Certified organic 28% Petit Meslier, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, and 2% Arbane, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. This is a blend 50% from 2018, and 50% from 2019 harvests. Co pressed, and vinified in a sandstone egg. No sulfites used at any stage. Once bottled in May 2020, the wine aged on lees for 18 months. Zero dosage. Only 900 bottles produced. 12% alc.
