FIDE-approved World Chess Championship set featuring architect-designed chessmen, mahogany board, wind-up clock, and sheesham box - ideal for club and tournament play.

These fabulous chessmen were designed from scratch by Pentagram architect and designer Daniel Weil, and their dimensions are based on classical Greek architecture. The chessmen are crafted from graded boxwood, balanced and weighted and feature black and white felt bases.

The included board is constructed from mahogany and maple veneers and is made in Europe from sustainable woods. Also included is a traditional wind-up chess clock and a solid sheesham box to store the chessmen.

The Championship chess pieces are supplied in beautiful, branded packaging. A wonderful quality chess set that includes everything for the tournament player. Perfect for club and school players.
